Allocations
for pitch time will not be
made until the attached
form
is returned and completed to
the satisfaction of the
management.
Conditions
of Use
The pitch is hired for
55 mins starting at the time
stated e.g.
7p.m. finish 7.55p.m. or
7.30p.m. finish 8.25p.m.
No studs, including moulded
and predator type boots are
allowed
on the pitch at any
time.
Under extreme
environmental conditions the
pitch may be deemed
unplayable, the management
will advise the nominated
contact at the
appropriate time.
Use of changing rooms
and showers are included in
the price.
The pitch shall be
hired only for the intended
use of the club named in
the
booking form. Any sub-letting/change of use shall result in a
breach
of contract and will terminate
booking.
The nominated contact
is responsible for prompt
settlement of the
account.
The terms are: ONE
months payment in advance
as a deposit with
booking
form, the hourly rate is
payable on each night you
play. At
the end of the year
or subscription period four
weeks notice must be
given and
no more payments will be
required for the subsequent
four
weeks.
No cancellations are
accepted during your
subscription period.
A group card will be
given to
the person
in charge and this must
be
swiped in at reception every
time you use the pitch.
For health and safety
reasons a list of all members
is to be provided
for control purposes. This list will be kept at reception
and all
participants using the
facility that night must be
registered by the
nominated
contact.
People who are not with
your group often quote your
club as their
reason to be in
the Complex
we
want to stop this practice.
Insurance
You
must organize your own
insurance
and your local Insurance
Broker will assist you in this
regard.
A copy of your policy
must be
included with your
application. Clubs who are
operating under a Club Policy
must write to the management at Coolmine with appropriate evidence stating clearly, that your policy
covers your members for
training at Coolmine and also
that the Policy indemnifies;

Education.
(2)
The Trustees and Board
of Management of
Coolmine Community School.
(3)
The Trustees and Board
of Management
Coolmine Sports Complex,
against any claims by your
members while training at
Coolmine, please include a
copy of your policy.
If
this is not forthcoming then the pitch will not he
made available.
